Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Q: What are the delivery times?

  • Standard items: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Pre-order or special items: 15 to 19 business days.

Q: Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver within Portugal, Schengen countries, and the European zone. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us directly.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. We do not add any profit to shipping charges—you pay exactly what the courier charges us.

Q: Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes, you’ll receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once your order ships. However, orders within the Lisbon area delivered directly by our team may not include a tracking code.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returns & Refunds

No direct exchanges are available. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
